Cardale Dorset, GRP, Side Hinged Garage Doors

Cardale's Dorset side hinged garage doors are hand made from fibreglass to give a low maintenance and dent resistant finish. The strong GRP composite gives improved security against forced entry without adding excessive weight. The outward opening doors give you easy access and your garage space can be used to its optimum as unlike Up and Over Garage Doors, there are no tracks to take up space inside your garage.

The Dorset side hung garage doors have a centre overlap to prevent forced entry and for added security, fitted as standard are twin shut bolts top and bottom and a Yale night latch.

The Premium finish option has steel reinforcing laminated into the rear of the door for added strength and rigidity.

The Deluxe Finish Upgrade has an additional flowcoat layer applied to the rear of the door, providing an attractive & smooth semi-gloss finish to help reduce translucency to sunlight. This is particularly useful for south facing garage doors.

To calculate the ordering size of your new Cardale Dorset garage doors with a factory fitted frame, deduct 130mm from the brickwork opening width & 65mm from the opening height.

The usual delivery time for this product is 28 days.

This is based on usual delivery times for stock or made to order doors, the lead time for your new garage door may increase with seasonal demand at the factory if the door is not a stock item. For made to measure or coloured garage doors please allow up to 8 weeks.

You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours before your delivery is due. Please make sure that someone will be available to help the driver off load your new garage door as they are large and heavy. Your door will be delivered on a large lorry (28ft long by 13ft 6 inches tall) so please make sure there is adequate access to avoid disappointment and abortive delivery charges.
