Hormann's Mallory Timber Garage Doors are handmade in the UK from the quality sustainable cedar wood.

Each of these garage doors is made with attention to detail and high quality joinery and is available in an attractive Vertical or Horizontal style.

Hormann's superior engineering offers excellent security and a two point locking system is fitted as standard to the Mallory. You could upgrade to a four point locking system if you need additional security. Each hand-crafted panel is secured into Hormann's proven and reliable Open-for- Infill sub frame. This is to ensure stability and to keep all working parts acting on steel components, avoiding stress on the timber panel. This means that the opening and closing of the door is not affected by the natural movement of the wood over time.

When you order your new garage door you get the choice of either a factory base coat, this coating is for temporary protection only. This allows you to stain the door to the colour of your choice, alternatively select one of the fully finished staining options below, which are available as a factory process giving 5 year erosion protection.

The usual delivery time for this product is 42 days.

This is based on usual delivery times for stock or made to order doors, the lead time for your new garage door may increase with seasonal demand at the factory if the door is not a stock item. For made to measure or coloured garage doors please allow up to 8 weeks.

You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours before your delivery is due. Please make sure that someone will be available to help the driver off load your new garage door as they are large and heavy. Your door will be delivered on a large lorry (28ft long by 13ft 6 inches tall) so please make sure there is adequate access to avoid disappointment and abortive delivery charges.
