Garador Chevron Cedar, Timber, Up & Over (Canopy) Garage Doors

The Garador Chevron Cedar door with Canopy Lifting Gear is ideal for quick and easy installation because it is trackless. Fitting is even simpler when you order it with the factory fitted steel frame.

Canopy mechanisms are limited to widths of up to 2438mm (8ft) and are not recommended for use with electric garage door openers.  For wider doors or for automation see the retractable version in the related products section below.

These wooden garage doors are handmade using the finest selection of sustainably sourced cedar.  The tongue and groove pattern is joined using traditional, time tested methods.

The wooden panel is secured to the Garador steel chassis which is a proven system for ensuring the panel does not warp or twist and guarantees the smooth and reliable operation of the door.

The timber panel is factory treated with a basecoat stain for you to then finish the door in the stain of your choice on delivery.  If you prefer you can get the door fully finished at the factory in a choice of stains.  This will give you a professional and long lasting finish to protect the good looks of this wooden garage door.

Security is provided by a 2 point locking system that is operated by strong locking bars connected to the handle.  These bars control the locking latches in the top corners of the door.  You can add 2 extra locking points in the bottom corners with the multipoint locking upgrade.
