Wessex Canterbury, GRP, Up & Over (Retractable) Garage Door

The Wessex Canterbury G.R.P Woodgrain garage door has a classic panel design reproducing the natural beauty of real timber but with all the benefits of a Virtually Maintenance Free fibreglass construction.

Canterbury prices quoted are for the 3 Crown Finish which has a steel frame built into the garage door panel which is then bonded over with fibreglass to provide extra strength and rigidity.

The optional 4 Crown Finish has a double skin construction with internal steel reinforcing. The flat backing conceals the bracing for a very neat interior finish. Canterbury Garage Doors over 10 feet (3048mm) wide feature external white powder coated steel horizontal stiffeners to the rear of the panel to increase rigidity.

The Luxury 5 Crown Finish has the integral steel frame encapsulated in polyurethane foam within a flat textured G.R.P. panel bonded to the back of the door. This provides maximum rigidity and an attractive backing to hide the bracing structure normally visible on all other GRP garage door types. The 5 Crown finish is not available for Canterbury doors over 3048mm (10ft) wide and 2134mm (7ft) high.

Please allow approximately 4-5 weeks for your new GRP Door to be delivered as they are individually handcrafted to order.

The usual delivery time for this product is 28 days.

This is based on usual delivery times for stock or made to order doors, the lead time for your new garage door may increase with seasonal demand at the factory if the door is not a stock item. For made to measure or coloured garage doors please allow up to 8 weeks.

You will be contacted 24 to 48 hours before your delivery is due. Please make sure that someone will be available to help the driver off load your new garage door as they are large and heavy. Your door will be delivered on a large lorry (28ft long by 13ft 6 inches tall) so please make sure there is adequate access to avoid disappointment and abortive delivery charges.
